"Collezione DI Vini" meaning collection of Wines,” is the very first of its kind selection of exclusive natural wines produced among the smallest yet highest quality wineries hidden in the mountains of Southern Italy.
If it wasn’t for tracing back my family roots 100 years and going to the very villages my family originated from before sailing to the United States in the early 1900’s, these volcanic & organic wines would continue to be undiscovered. Overs 15 years after my first visit, I brought back my wife and family to these very villages to discover ours family history. This place was magical .Free from tourists and the feel as if time stood still. It lead us to come back year after year After experiencing and Learning more about the uniqueness and mystique of this small area and the wines that are produced ONLY in this part of the region, the way in which they are carefully produced, and how each galls was an experience back into the old country, we knew we had to share this secret with the world .It has been our hidden place for years, but now it is time to introduce the world to the very best that Italy has

Produced in extremely limited quantities typically kept back from the public and housed in the private cellars of southern Italy to age and mature, saved for a special day in their family or friends lives. A wedding, a milestone birthday, a tribute to one’s life.
But now, with a very limited availability, we are bringing this extremely high quality and rare vintage to our VIP’s.

This rare wine is not made every year. It's produced only from the best vintages and only several times a decade.
Made from the oldest vines, and the result of a careful selection of ancient Aglianico grapes grown in the high altitudes of an ancient roman village in the Taurasi region of Irpinia, known as the real "Wine Country.”
This organic wine comes from an 80-year-old vineyard with grapes grown from vines at least 35 years old. The land is worked by hand and small tractor only by family members who use the same natural wine making process that has been used for generations.
Aged in steel for the first 6 months after fermentation, oak for 3 years, and the bottle at least another 2 years.This wine is considered the most bold and mature red wine in Italy by many in the local winemaking circles who are in the know. Whether you are a collector, wine investor, or just enjoy the finest things in life. Each bottle will take you on a trip to experience wine the way God intended.
