Collezione Di Vini is not just about wine. It's about creating an unforgettable experience that celebrates the rich culture, history, and traditions of Italian wine. Our passion for creating unique, high-quality wines is matched only by our commitment to providing our customers with an authentic experience that reflects the heart and soul of Italian wine culture.

Our plan is divided into four phases, each of which is designed to provide our customers with an increasingly immersive and enriching experience. From introducing select wines from three ancient villages, to offering tours of these villages, to acquiring vineyards and finally building luxury accommodations, we are committed to creating a truly unique and unforgettable experience for our customers.

PHASES

From the top 3 three villages. These wines will be carefully chosen based on their quality and the authenticity of their production.
We will collaborate with local producers to create unique and high-quality wines that reflect the local culture and heritage
We will introduce customers to these unique wines and to establish our brand as a provider of high-quality, authentic and exclusive Italian wines

We will introduce tours & experiences to the villages where the wines are produced. These tours will allow
customers to experience the local culture, history, and traditions of wine production.
Visitors will have an opportunity to dine at the home of locals, assist in the harvesting of grapes, sampling upcoming vintages, and learning about the winemaking process

Expansion and ownership in vineyards. This will allow us to have greater control over the production process and to ensure the quality of the grapes used in our wines.
We will work with local farmers to establish long-term partnerships and to create sustainable scalability without sacrificing the tradition and quality.

We will acquire and build luxury accommodations for tourism and tours. This will allow us to provide customers with an all- inclusive experience that includes accommodation, tours, and wine tastings.
Our goal is to create a unique and luxurious experience that reflects the local culture and heritage.

If it wasn’t for tracing back my family roots 100 years and going to the very villages my family originated from before sailing to the United States in the early 1900’s, these volcanic & organic wines would continue to be undiscovered. Overs 15 years after my first visit, I brought back my wife and family to these very villages to discover ours family history. This place was magical .Free from tourists and the feel as if time stood still. It lead us to come back year after year After experiencing and Learning more about the uniqueness and mystique of this small area and the wines that are produced ONLY in this part of the region, the way in which they are carefully produced, and how each galls was an experience back into the old country, we knew we had to share this secret with the world .It has been our hidden place for years, but now it is time to introduce the world to the very best that Italy has

Produced in extremely limited quantities typically kept back from the public and housed in the private cellars of southern Italy to age and mature, saved for a special day in their family or friends lives. A wedding, a milestone birthday, a tribute to one’s life.

But now, with a very limited availability, we are bringing this extremely high quality and rare vintage to our VIP’s.

This rare wine is not made every year. It's produced only from the best vintages and only several times a decade.
Made from the oldest vines, and the result of a careful selection of ancient Aglianico grapes grown in the high altitudes of an ancient roman village in the Taurasi region of Irpinia, known as the real "Wine Country.”

This organic wine comes from an 80-year-old vineyard with grapes grown from vines at least 35 years old. The land is worked by hand and small tractor only by family members who use the same natural wine making process that has been used for generations.
Aged in steel for the first 6 months after fermentation, oak for 3 years, and the bottle at least another 2 years.This wine is considered the most bold and mature red wine in Italy by many in the local winemaking circles who are in the know. Whether you are a collector, wine investor, or just enjoy the finest things in life. Each bottle will take you on a trip to experience wine the way God intended. A memory created with each glass, a unique fulfillment in each sip.
